SALES AND RETURN POLICIES

SALES POLICY:

ONE of each individual item per household/address. Purchases for more than one of an individual item will be cancelled, with the customer refunded for the entire sale.

SELLOUTS:

Once an item is sold out, it is gone. After the first run, there may be Artist Proofs available, but only a few, and only if all of the shipping from the original run went off without a hitch (the Artist Proofs held back are specifically to cover damage, and any Artist Proofs sold will be irreplaceable).

Once a run is created (with a small amount of extras made to account for shipping issues), the stencil is destroyed, and the product will not be made again.

SHIPPING:

I will only ship to the Paypal address provided to me upon your purchase, so make sure it is correct.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

I will do combined shipping, but may need to be reminded. Don't be shy, make it easy for me.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING:

I do ship overseas, but everything I sell is properly declared, so there may be duty and receiving fees and taxes. You're on your own with those. Overseas shipping will cost extra, but it will be insured, so don't worry.

RETURN POLICY:

I will only accept returns on items that are damaged during shipping; if you receive an item that is damaged en route, contact me immediately, and we'll figure out what to do.

SECONDARY MARKET RETURNS:

I don't do any such thing. If you purchase an item on the secondary market and it arrives damaged, that is between you and the seller. Good luck.
